Right of Revocation

You have the right to countermand this contract within 14 days without stating a reason.

These terms are 14 days after you or a third party that you named but who is not part of the carrier received the shipping.

To activate your right of revocation you have to give ESPARTO a definite declaration of your countermand.

It is sufficient to send off your declaration within the limits of 14 days.

Consquences of Revocation

After you countermanded this contract we refund all payments that we received, including shipping costs. This excludes extra costs due to a shipping method you chose other than standard shipping. We refund within 14 days after receiving your countermand.

For this refund we choose the same method of transaction that you used, if possible, unless other agreements. In no case we will charge you fees for the refund.

We will refuse refunds until we have received the goods or until you prove to have shipped them, whatever comes first.

You have to send off or hand in the returned goods promptly or within 14 days after your countermand the latest.

You pay the actual costs of this shipping.

You are financially liable for the goods only if you handled them other than necessary to test the nature, properties, and functions of the goods.
