Online Dispute Settlement
The European Commission has opened up a platform for non-judicial settlements of disputes that came up through online contracts of purches. You find this platform here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
In our shop we offer you bank transfer (prepayment), PayPal, and through PayPal Plus also various card payments and invoice. Only for Germany you may also collect on delivery.
For bank transfer: SEPA-transfer (with IBAN and BIC (SWIFT)).
Shipping into European Countries outside Germany:
Shipping within Germany is free for orders for at least € 30.-.
For Germany only: Collect on delivery (pay to the postman): € 5.- extra.
The shipping costs for return shipments have to be paid by the customer. For a possible re-delivery see the above conditions. Reasonable exemptions only after prior arrangement.
Problems with info@... emails
Please avoid to use an info@... email address. Our shop system does not seem to support it.
With this address you would not receive an automatic confirm.
This is an international convention for info@... emails. They are not supported by automated systems and group mail systems. This is protecting info@... emails from spam.
